Support and contact

We usually reply within a few days.

Got a question, spotted a price that looks wrong, or want to tell us something? Here's how to reach the TREX team.

Contact us

Report a wrong price

The easiest way is from the app: open the fuel and tap “Price look wrong?”. The app attaches the price TREX showed for you. If you email us, tell us:

  • The fuel, e.g. Gasohol 95
  • The brand, e.g. PTT, Bangchak, Shell
  • The price you saw at the pump
  • The date and time you saw it

When we reply

We usually reply within a few days. For feedback sent from the app, we can only reply if you left your email.

When do prices update?

Fuel prices change at most once a day. They're usually announced in the afternoon or evening, and the new prices start at 5 am the next morning.

How prices work

Why doesn't the price match the pump?

TREX shows Bangkok reference prices. Stations in other provinces may charge a little more.

A price labelled “Estimated” is tomorrow's price for a brand that hasn't announced yet: we apply PTT's announced change to that brand's price, so the real price can differ.

Always check the price at the pump before you fill up. If it's different, let us know as described above.

Turn off price alerts

In the app, go to Settings and turn off “Price alerts”, or turn off notifications for TREX in your phone's settings. Uninstalling the app stops them too.

Ask us to delete your data

Email trex@bytecraftedstudio.com with the email address you used to send feedback. If you didn't leave one, tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said, so we can find it.

Data kept on your device, such as My fuels, is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the website's data in your browser.

Your phone's price-alert registration is deleted automatically 90 days after you last open the app, or sooner if you ask us.
